Information
Under no circumstances will we disclose
and/or sell our customer database to third party companies.
The information we collect from you is solely to process and
deliver your gift to the recipient. In order to process your
order we must have your name, address, phone number and e-mail
address. This information will be used to fill your order and
notify you of your order status. Your e-mail address is used
to send you a confirmation note/receipt of your order. We use
a secure server to collect and process all orders.
Corporate Accounts - a Company Account may be
established after completing a credit application. We do
request a credit card for the first order, however, and will
keep the number on file. Invoices go out the day after the
order is placed. If payment is not received within 15 business
days, the amount will be placed on the credit card.
Any
Bill PAST DUE BY 60 DAYS or more will incur a $25 late
fee.
Multiple Gifts Ordered To Different
Locations
If you need to order multiple gift
baskets to be shipped to more than one destination, please
call and give your information over the phone, or you may
place separate orders for each recipient if you so desire.
Please ensure that all recipient information is entered
accurately, including recipient's full name and apartment,
condominium, and/or suite numbers where applicable. Incorrect
shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and
additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the
purchaser.
If a gift is returned, due to incorrect
shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to
provide an alternate shipping address, or the option to cancel
the gift. Purchaser will be required to pay additional charges
incurred for reshipment. On canceled gifts, purchaser will be
responsible for the shipping charges incurred, plus a
$10.00 restocking fee.
